At the Legacy Center of Southwest Florida, our programs are designed to equip young people with the leadership skills, financial knowledge, and career exposure needed to build strong futures and lasting family legacies. Through youth-centered initiatives and intergenerational engagement, we create meaningful opportunities that strengthen individuals, families, and communities.
Empowering Youth Programs

Lydia-Joi’s Little Libraries promotes literacy, access to books, and community connection by empowering youth to create and distribute free libraries throughout the community—fostering leadership, service, and a love of learning.

The Legacy Scholars program supports youth through leadership development, academic enrichment, financial literacy, and career exploration, helping participants build the skills and mindset necessary for long-term success.
Vibrant Legacy Society
Adult & Intergenerational Initiative

The Vibrant Legacy Society is an adult enrichment and engagement initiative of the Legacy Center that strengthens youth outcomes through intergenerational connection, mentorship, and legacy-building. Designed for adults who value growth, community, and impact, the Society provides daytime programming, workshops, and social experiences that encourage lifelong learning and purposeful engagement.
Through the Vibrant Legacy Society, adults play a vital role in sharing wisdom, modeling leadership, and supporting the development of the next generation.
